Carolyn Sue Bates passed on October 4, 2018 at the age of 75.
She is survived by her husband, Rodney Bates; son, Michael Bates; grandchildren, Megan Bates and Sarah Ochs (Neil); and her great-grandchild, Adaline Ochs.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on October 27, 2018 at the Canby Foursquare Church, 2350 SE Territorial Rd, Canby, OR 97013.
